Education & Community Partnership Programs (ECPP)

Education & Community Partnership Programs (formerly known as Care and Treatment, Custody, and Correctional (CTCC) Programs) aimed towards supporting students who are unable to attend school due to a primary need for care, treatment, and/or rehabilitation services. Each program is listed in a tab above.

ECPP is the voluntary partnership between an Ontario District School Board and a government approved community agency. The District School Board provides the educational component while the community agency provides the therapeutic component. Agencies currently partnered with the HDSB include Halton Healthcare, Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services, Kinark Child and Family Services, Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), and Toronto Salvation Army Correctional and Justice Services.
